This is the final part of 10 Things To Do This Summer. I’m both happy to be here and sad to see the series go. But, with the ending of this series means the beginning of summer!
1. Hammock Time
You can set up a hammock and take a nap in one or just read. My sister did this when she was on a missions trip and she said it was great. I love hammocks. ❤
2. Stargazing
This is fun! You can go outside with a blanket and lay down. Extra fun when you do it with people. 😉 You can always bring a flashlight and a constellations book, (flashlight to read the book), and see if you can find them.
3. Blow Bubbles
Bubbles are fun. Especially with young children that tend to be fascinated with them. 😀
4. See If You Can Set Up A Swing
If you have land somewhere or a good tree and your parents say you can get a tire swing or any other type of swing, I say get one! It’s fun. 🙂 And a lot of time passes as you do it. Also, if you go slow on a flat swing you can read at the same time. 😉
5. Jump On the Trampoline *If You Have One*
If you have a trampoline, jump on it! Crack the Egg is a fun game to play on it with other friends/family. If you don’t have one, that’s fine! 😀
6. Flashlight Tag
Flashlight tag is really fun. It is also called Spotlight. So, basically, at night after it gets dark people will hide (in the dark) and the seeker gets a flashlight and will look for them if the seeker spots them with his flashlight they are it. Sometimes the seeker is the only one with a flashlight, but sometimes everyone does. 🙂 Outside is the best place although inside the house works, too.
7. Visit the Museum!
If you have a museum, you can go! ☺ Museums are fun. 😏 See if there is one around your place and if you are old enough to drive go (you can take someone, too,) and if you’re not if the family is interested you can all go.
8. Catch Butterflies
I haven’t done this in forever but it’s super fun. When my sister and I were super young we had a plastic butterfly catcher. 😀 It was so fun!
9. Press Flowers/Dry Flowers
You can get flower petals and press them between book pages! It’s super nice. Or you can get a whole flower and hang them upside using a hanger. ❤ It works, promise!
10. Be A Penpal
If you don’t penpal your friends or distant family you can start now. It’s super fun and a good way to keep contact with friends/family, especially that live in different states.
Yay!! Love y’all!

Love these! Especially pen pals, did that a lot when I was younger and miss writing letters. I always looked forward to get one in the mailbox. Xx

Just curious.. why do girls find innocence offensive?

You would have to find a girl that thinks innocence is offensive to ask that.

It’s just something I’ve wondered about.

Well, let’s see…probably because innocence can be seen as weakness depending on the tone of the one who says it. Innocence, in our culture, is not longer good-but “innocent” as in ignorant, incompetent, or un-cool.

Roughly the same as when guys pick on guys who are virgins. Nobody wants to be the “goody-2shoes”
