The Home Gym!

Yep, we did it! We have finished the home gym in our garage and used it. We are going (and have) gotten up at 6 am every morning to walk the cul-de-sac road 3 times, then do workouts in the garage to start our day.

Here is our garage!

We’re starting to mark it up, our first mark up was today, but this was taken yesterday.image

2 pound weights, 3 pound weights, 8 pound medicine ball, a kick shield for Krav Maga, (self-defense, and we do it in the summer, we can’t in the school year because of conflicts), and then three kettle balls-10, 15, and 5). image

That boxing bag will be hung up soon, we have to get a certain piece to hang it up, and we have to get it. I got that boxing bag for my 14th birthday.

It’s super awesome to work out in our garage, the other side is still a work in progress, but we have a wall of stuff with the 2nd freezer set up with stuff in it, (been like that for a while), and we organized our attic. 😀

Thanks for reading! 🙂

We have a home gym in our basement for my brother and the rest of us. We had a punching bag but my brother got a new one for Christmas. We have a Bowflex machine and a few other machines along with many dumbells. I usually use the pull up bar, but not much else. I do yoga sometimes though 🙂
