The best family trips are Sea World, Grand Canyon, and other places like that. 🙂
Now..let’s talk about the great Yellow Stone!!
Hiking!! West Yellow Stone is close to Yellow Stone. I would recommend go walking in town…super fun! The Woodside bakery had a good selection, it was super cute and very small town! The shops have great souvenirs!!! And gifts for other family members.
Go camping, or have the day there and then go back to West Yellow Stone and come back. Three days is probably a good amount for the hiking, lakes, and learning at Yellow Stone. Keep your eye out for buffalo, dear, and other wildlife. 😉
You do not want to miss that I promise you. Remember: Don’t feed or pet the animals.
LAKE JENNY: Cery important to see, pretty water, and it has a great mountain view. Then the Lake Jenny dam!! Very detailed structure, at in that particular spot you can see the mountains with a clear view, the trees are off to the side…it makes you feel small!
West Yellow Stone Note:
Swimming Otter had great food!! (Steak, fish, fries, root beer, tea…)! Our server was hilarious and very nice, I would give a 4-star rating. (It was a little slow, if you are in a rush…I would consider something else).
That at is it folks! Next time it will be about The Great Salt Flats!
